Senior Pastor
Peter Dibley
Peter has pastored FCC since 2008. He graduated from Northwest University with a BA in Pastoral Ministry and received his MA in Biblical Languages from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Passionate about studying and teaching the Bible, he has seen the knowledge of Christ transform individuals and communities through ministries of compassion, mercy and justice. Walking with people through life’s joys and sorrows is his great privilege as pastor. Peter, Genevive, and their two daughters, Langsea and Lucy, are camping in as many National Parks as possible before the girls go to university.
Secretary
Kris Bell
Kris has worked for forty-one years in the office at First Covenant and considers it a great privilege. She grew up at First Covenant. Kris and her husband Jack were married here fifty years ago. They have two grown children, and are blessed with four wonderful granddaughters.
Custodian
Keith Dickerman
Keith has been the Facility Manager at FCC since 2007. His background in machine repairs helps him keep the building running in top form. His ability to work well with people/groups helps to ensure the flow of building usage. Keith plays on FCC’s Praise Team as their drummer. Keith’s wife, Dianna sings on the Praise Team and volunteers in the church library. Keith and Dianna have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Worship Coordinator
Sheri Ruiz
Sheri has been attending FCC since 2001 and has been Worship Coordinator since 2015. Sheri plans all worship services and is honored to lead the Praise Team. She is passionate about leading people to worship God through music at FCC and conferences. Serving at church is a family affair; her husband Brandon has been on church leadership, her son Taylor plays on the Praise Team, and her son Logan, along with Taylor, help with the media team.
Children's and Youth Director
Arianna VanZandt
Arianna is the newest addition to our First Cov staff team. She grew up in Minnesota and was raised in a family of eleven children. She describes herself as a quirky and compassionate 23-year-old girl who is madly in love with Jesus. In her free time, she loves to paint, sing, and go on outdoor adventures! She’s excited about all the memories and ministry the youth and kids of First Cov get to make happen together!
